- Barcode Applications
TWD TradeWinds, Inc. will apply Permanent Sample ID barcodes on glass or plastic labware according to customer specifications. Barcodes can be 1D or 2D using all symbologies and can be located on labware sides and/or bottoms. Special requests such as barcode check sums, alpha numeric omissions, etc. can be easily accommodated. Simply specify the type of labware and the barcodes desired and TWD will do the rest. Glassware will be labeled with Ceramic ID's or Laser Etched ID's while Plasticware will be labeled with Laser Etched ID's.
- Quality Control
TWD guarantees no duplicate barcodes and 100% readability. Barcodes for TWD's barcoded products are scanned into our barcode database, which is set up for each customer to ensure that no duplicate barcodes are produced.
- Labware Options
Customers may purchase the labware themselves then ship it directly to us from the labware supplier; TWD will then ship the PSID labeled labware to the customer in full or ship a portion of the order at customer specified quantities according to a pre-arranged schedule.
TWD can also provide one stop shopping, offering a variety of standard or customer specified labware at competitive prices, especially high recovery vials. TWD will take care of all steps in the production process including purchasing, PSID labeling, quality control, shipping, and warehousing.
- Manage Storage, Shipping Worldwide
TWD will also store labeled labware for our customers and ship any customer desired quantities within 48 hours of notification to locations worldwide.
